A structured 7 session programme to help women navigate menopause with confidence, clarity & support - at home, at work & in life.
De-mystify the fundamentals of menopause
Understand whats happening in body & brain
Management of symptoms and expectations, whilst boosting physical, mental and emotional health.
Strategies to help rebuild a relationship with yourself; gently, sustainably, and without guilt.
Seven 1 hour sessions, which can be delivered either weekly or bi-weekly
Messaging & support in between sessions
A curated nutrition reset plan, including recipes

An interactive & empowering group coaching session to give women the confidence, clarity, & support to navigate menopause.
